History
Coshocton , OH
The historic 1895 Railroad
Station was moved from
Fredericktown, Ohio to the
Unusual Junction in the
1970's.

Authentic railroad cars are
located adjacent to the
station. The train cars are
available to view, as they
have been transformed into a
shopping complex.
The warmth from the tempting aroma creeps beneath the door to welcome
your senses at the Unusual Junction. For twenty-five years, the Junction
has proudly served Ohio with an incredible style of flavor and tradition.
Jerry  McKenna, owner, reflects back to 1972 when he purchased
one-hundred and twenty acres of vacant corn field in West Lafayette, Ohio.
He is not a stranger to hard work and dedication, as he built the Junction
from scratch. With the help of his family, Jerry consistently developed the
products, services, and the establishment of operation they reside within.

Today, the railroad station contains a gourmet foods market including an
Amish cheese outlet, deli and the Lava Rock Grill. The depot offers
specialty foods, sugar free candy, and chocolates. The Junction has Ohio's
largest selection of hot sauces from around the world.

Universe has the largest selection of formal ware in the state of Ohio. This
massive Bridal & Prom store is located inside the Freight House Building.
